The District and CCFT hereby agree to the following:
In 2004-05 and 2005-06, a special project Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) coordinator was provided at a 50% assignment. Article 11.6.2 limits special projects to two years.
This project continued between 2006-2010 (see side letter 2005-06.9) while all college programs went through program review and incorporated SLOs into their program plans. The Accreditation Standards require that after integrating SLOs into the course, certificate and degrees, the colleges must sustainability in their SLO Assessment process as well. The next Accreditation visit is expected in fall 2013.
This project needs to continue until all college programs, through program review, have developed the Assessment of SLOs into their program plans. This side letter is to continue this project assignment at 50% through spring 2014.
