In response to alarming predictions that the college will continue to shrink, Faculty Senate, with the enthusiastic support of CCFT, has begun working to get faculty more involved in the college’s enrollment management processes. On April 14th, Senate leadership hosted a forum to brainstorm strategies for attracting and retaining students. Working groups were formed to address various areas identified as targets for strengthening enrollments, including outreach to under-served populations and proactive steps to retain more students.
