Cabrillo College Federation of Teachers (CCFT) is the bargaining agent that negotiates on behalf of all Cabrillo faculty. We are affiliated with the California Federation of Teachers (CFT) and American Federation of Teachers (AFT). We also provide other benefits as well as varying levels of legal representation to faculty members.
