New Contract Agreement Effective July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2010

On June 4, 2007, CCFT membership ratified the proposed Contract Agreement that will be effective July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010.

Highlights of the compensation package include:

1) 1.2% salary increase for 2007-08. This is in addition to the .8% additional increase for 2006-07 based on contingency 
language (retro paychecks for 2006-07 to be expected at the end of August), for a total increase of 2% beginning fall 2007. 


2) A $150 one-time stipend for contract/regular faculty to assist with vision and/or medical costs.

3) 63% pro rata for adjunct faculty effective 2007-08.

4) An increase in the district contribution towards maintaining the least expensive HMO. 
Please note that the rate for 2007-08 increased by 17.4% over the rate for 2006-07. 

5) A $500/year stipend for Program Chairs in recognition of increasing workload.
